There is an &lt;a href=&#34;http://www.jabber.org/software/servers.shtml&#34;&gt;up-to-date server list&lt;/a&gt; at the &lt;a href=&#34;http://www.jabber.org/&#34;&gt;Jabber Foundation website&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;My current recomendation goes to &lt;a href=&#34;http://www.jivesoftware.org/messenger/&#34;&gt;Jive Messenger&lt;/a&gt;. Very easy to setup and to manage.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Also, for a turn-key solution for your company, your should look at &lt;a href=&#34;http://www.jabber.com/index.cgi?CONTENT_ID=681&#34;&gt;Jabber Now&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
